Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter (Softened, unsalted)
- 1/8 cup SugarLike Zero Calorie Sweetener
- 1/3 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tbsp corn starch
- 1 tbsp almond flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Beat the butter and SugarLike Zero Calorie Sweetener together until creamy.
- Mix all-purpose flour and corn starch together and sift.
- Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture. Beat until combined.
- Drop the mixture by spoons on the ungreased cooking sheet.
- Chill the dough in fridge for 20 minutes before baking. Bake for 40 minutes.
Remove them from the oven and leave them on a cooling rack for 10 minutes before serving.
