Ingredients

    • 1/4 cup butter (Softened, unsalted)
    • 1/8 cup  SugarLike Zero Calorie Sweetener
    • 1/3 cup all purpose flour
    • 1 tbsp corn starch
    • 1 tbsp almond flour
    • 1/4 tsp salt
    • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Beat the butter and SugarLike Zero Calorie Sweetener together until creamy.
  3. Mix all-purpose flour and corn starch together and sift.
  4. Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture. Beat until combined.
  5. Drop the mixture by spoons on the ungreased cooking sheet.
  6. Chill the dough in fridge for 20 minutes before baking. Bake for 40 minutes.
  7. Remove them from the oven and leave them on a cooling rack for 10 minutes before serving.
